I have injured the tendon in my left leg and
was unable to walk this week
Fortunately Pierre offered to lead a
circular walk from Jalon
Thanks to Barry and Helen who provided
the photos
It was similar to our Jalon to the
Play Area walk
I visited the podiatrist last Wednesday who said I should not walk whilst my leg is swollen and painful
Despite this Jan and I did a short,
and very slow, walk along the river from Jalon
Even after such a short walk my leg was painful and I was limping by the end
We were a little late meeting the
group in bar Claudia for a drink
We missed the walk, but it was nice to
have a chat afterwards
I have another appointment this Wednesday, and hopefully will be able to walk with the group next week
